AFC Urgent Care - Tigard
American Family Care (AFC) Urgent Care provides high-quality urgent, primary, and occupational health care services to the Portland Metro Area. Each facility features digital x-rays, on-site lab testing, diagnostics, and electronic medical records. Extensive remodeling and an 850 square foot addition converting a former bank into a professional medical clinic.
AFC Urgent Care - Oregon City
American Family Care (AFC) Urgent Care Portland provides high-quality urgent, primary, and occupational health care services to the Portland Metro Area. Each facility features digital x-rays, on-site lab testing, diagnostics, and electronic medical records. The Oregon City AFC location is a ground-up single-story 3,400 SF modern wood-framed structure and with interior and exterior finishes including a waiting area, private exam rooms, offices, lab space, and record keeping.
Fresenius Medical Care
Fresenius Medical Care is a national chain that provides comprehensive care for people living with chronic kidney disease to improve the quality of life of every patient, every day. We completed tenant improvements for two clinics in the Portland Metro Area ranging in size between 3,000 and 6,800 Sq.-Ft. The build-out included the installation of an on-site water purification system and highly sophisticated medical equipment.
Aspen Dental
3,300 Sq.-Ft. medical tenant improvement including a full buildout and the installation of x-ray and high-tech equipment and a full onsite dental lab.

PT Solutions Physical Therapy works to improve the lives of people as a respected healthcare industry leader with more than 280 clinics across 22 states. Beaumont Village (1,136 square feet) and Raleigh Hills (1,520 square feet) transformed former office and retail spaces into open floor plan suites for exercise equipment, therapy tables, and weight machines. A bright and inviting atmosphere, along with accessible hand wash sinks and drinking fountains provide peace of mind to those seeking physical therapy.
