Last month JHC broke ground on our latest industrial project, the Hinkley Building, a 7,266 square-foot pre-engineered metal building with new site utilities and public street and sidewalk improvements. The developer shared their thoughts on the impact of this project, “This brand new single story building with a mezzanine is another step in the right direction for this section of the 82nd Avenue corridor in North Clackamas. It will be exciting to see what projects come next."
