Before becoming the Rockstar PM Carter is today he used to work in Biomedical Research. Despite having grown up working as a construction laborer for his father, Carter pursued a degree in biochemistry to help people who are immunocompromised. However, due to the long process of medical research, Carter decided to get back into the family business and joined JHC in 2015.
