PROJECT CHALLENGES

The Arcadia Senior Living project required careful coordination to construct a residential-style assisted living community that meets the operational and regulatory requirements of senior care facilities.

The design prioritized comfortable private apartments while integrating shared dining areas, wellness spaces, and activity rooms that support daily programming and resident engagement. Construction also required durable materials and accessible building systems to accommodate mobility needs, healthcare support services, and the long-term operational demands of a senior living environment.
