Located in the Pacific Northwest, the CinnabonSwirl project page showcases JHC’s ability to deliver high-quality restaurant and retail spaces with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Completed in 2025, this project transformed the space into a warm, inviting environment designed to support a fast-paced customer experience while reflecting the brand’s modern identity. From coordinated tenant improvements to carefully executed finish work, JHC partnered closely with the ownership and design teams to bring the vision to life while maintaining schedule and quality expectations throughout construction.

PROJECT CHALLENGES
Required execution of a first-of-its-kind dual-brand prototype combining Cinnabon and Carvel under one operational footprint, with no existing standard TI template.
Work demanded close coordination between multiple corporate design teams, complex integration of bakery and frozen dessert production equipment, and significant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to support high energy loads and strict health code requirements.
Construction also occurred within an accelerated schedule driven by coordinated lease-up milestones and national brand rollout timing.
