JHC Companies completed Collins Lake Resort in Government Camp, Oregon, delivering a large-scale multifamily and hospitality development in the heart of the Mt. Hood recreation area. The project includes 25 buildings and 151 condominium units, along with resort-style amenities designed to support year-round mountain living.
Constructing a 25-building development required detailed coordination across multiple structures, trades, and schedules. Phasing, site logistics, and infrastructure planning were critical to delivering a cohesive and efficient development.
Construction in a mountain environment presents unique challenges, including weather exposure, access constraints, and seasonal scheduling. This project required strategic planning to maintain progress and ensure durability in a high-altitude climate.
