Restaurant Renovations/TI
Over the years, JHC has partnered with Elmer's Restaurants on multiple restaurant renovation and tenant improvement projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Spanning more than five locations, these projects reflect JHC’s ability to deliver phased construction in active restaurant environments while maintaining quality, schedule, and operational continuity. From dining area refreshes to kitchen upgrades and exterior improvements, each location was completed with a focus on enhancing the guest experience and supporting long-term operational performance.

PROJECT CHALLENGES
Work included integration of new kitchen equipment and utility upgrades within existing buildings, often requiring modifications to aging mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while maintaining compliance with current health, safety, and ADA standards.
Consistent execution across multiple locations also required close coordination to maintain brand continuity, operational efficiency, and quality standards throughout each renovation.
