JHC Companies completed the Emler Swim School tenant improvement in Beaverton, Oregon, delivering a highly specialized indoor aquatic facility. This project included pool construction, advanced ventilation and dehumidification systems, and a full interior build-out designed for swim instruction and family-friendly use.

The facility includes a state-of-the-art aquatic system with heated saltwater pools, advanced air filtration, and high-performance dehumidification systems. These elements are critical to maintaining indoor air quality, controlling humidity, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for students and families.

PROJECT CHALLENGES
