EX

NOVO

JHC Companies completed the Ex Novo Brewing tenant improvement in Beaverton, Oregon, transforming a historic downtown building into a vibrant brewery and restaurant space. This project combined adaptive reuse, structural upgrades, and full commercial kitchen construction to deliver a unique hospitality experience.

Located in the historic Cady Building, originally constructed in 1914, this project required careful preservation of existing architectural elements while integrating modern systems and finishes. Original brick walls and historic materials were restored and incorporated into the final design, creating a unique blend of old and new.
