EX
NOVO
JHC Companies completed the Ex Novo Brewing tenant improvement in Beaverton, Oregon, transforming a historic downtown building into a vibrant brewery and restaurant space. This project combined adaptive reuse, structural upgrades, and full commercial kitchen construction to deliver a unique hospitality experience.
Located in the historic Cady Building, originally constructed in 1914, this project required careful preservation of existing architectural elements while integrating modern systems and finishes.
