I’M ‘N LOVE

Fried Egg I’m In Love is a popular Portland breakfast restaurant known for its creative fried-egg sandwiches and playful music-themed menu items. The business began as a food cart in Portland in 2012 before expanding to multiple restaurant locations throughout the city.

JHC Companies completed construction services for the restaurant location, helping deliver a vibrant dining environment that reflects the brand’s unique personality and energetic Portland culture. The project included restaurant build-out work designed to support a fast-paced breakfast and lunch service while creating a welcoming space for customers.

PROJECT CHALLENGES

Commercial Kitchen Integration — Restaurant construction requires careful coordination of kitchen equipment, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure efficient food preparation and safe operation.

High-Traffic Dining Environment — The space was designed to support a fast-paced breakfast service while maintaining an inviting and comfortable customer environment.

Brand Character — The design needed to reflect the unique and playful identity of the Fried Egg I’m In Love brand while remaining practical and durable for daily restaurant operations.
