JHC Companies completed the Hinkley Building in Portland, Oregon, delivering a 7,266 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) for a confidential client. This project highlights our expertise in efficient building systems, cost-effective construction, and streamlined project delivery for commercial and office uses.

This project leveraged the efficiencies of a pre-engineered system to streamline construction, reduce waste, and accelerate the project schedule while maintaining high-quality standards. JHC Companies worked closely with the design team and suppliers to coordinate the pre-engineered building components, ensuring seamless installation and alignment with project goals for budget, schedule, and performance.

PROJECT CHALLENGES
