Completed in 2025, JHC transformed two spaces into a bright, energetic environment designed to support daily operations, customer flow, and the brand’s welcoming atmosphere. Through close coordination with ownership, consultants, and trade partners, both Reeds Crossing and Langer Farms were successfully delivered a polished space built for both functionality and long-term performance.

PROJECT CHALLENGES
The Hello Sunshine location served as a prototype concept, requiring additional coordination with ownership and design teams to refine operational layouts, finishes, and brand standards.
Projects require strict compliance with national franchise standards for layout, finishes, equipment placement, and customer flow while maintaining accelerated schedules tied to retail opening deadlines. Construction involved coordination of food service utilities, refrigeration, and health department requirements within compact tenant footprints.
