  • HERITAGE BANKS

    HERITAGE BANKS

    JHC Companies is currently completing tenant improvement work for two Heritage Bank branch locations in Portland, including the Lloyd District at Heritage Bank and the downtown location at Heritage Bank. The projects include construction of modern banking environments with teller stations, private offices, meeting rooms, and updated customer service areas. A third Heritage Bank project is scheduled to begin soon, continuing JHC’s work supporting the bank’s growth in the Portland market.

  • UNITUS CREDIT UNION

    UNITUS CREDIT UNION

    JHC Companies completed a tenant improvement for Unitus Community Credit Union at the Bridgeport Village retail center in Tigard, Oregon in 2023. The project transformed an existing commercial suite into a modern credit union branch featuring teller stations, private member consultation offices, and secure operational support areas. Scope included interior demolition, new framing and drywall, custom millwork for teller counters, and upgraded lighting and electrical systems to support branch operations. The facility also incorporates a Virtual Teller Machine (VTM) to provide extended service capabilities for members.

  • FORRIT CREDIT UNION

    FORRIT CREDIT UNION

    JHC Companies completed tenant improvement work for Forrit Credit Union to modernize an existing branch facility. The project included reconfiguration of the interior layout to create teller service areas, private member consultation offices, and updated staff support spaces. Construction scope included demolition, framing, drywall, millwork installation, and mechanical and electrical upgrades to support efficient credit union operations and an improved member experience.

  • STATE FARM OFFICE

    STATE FARM OFFICE

    This change-of-use tenant improvement converted a former tap house into a State Farm office in downtown Portland. The project included interior demolition, construction of private offices and meeting spaces, and updates to mechanical and electrical systems to support the new workspace. The finished office provides a professional environment for client consultations and daily operations.

  • 5300 BUILDING

    5300 BUILDING

    This project involved the renovation and seismic upgrade of a 20,000-square-foot retail building on North Lombard in Portland in 2017. The redevelopment included full MEP upgrades along with improvements to meet current seismic and energy codes. The revitalized structure was reconfigured into four tenant spaces, contributing to the continued preservation and activation of the surrounding neighborhood.

  • UNIVOX MEDIA OFFICE

    UNIVOX MEDIA

    A 2,520-square-foot office tenant improvement completed in 2020 for Univox Media created a bright, collaborative workspace. The project incorporated large storefront windows along the main corridor, a new office kitchen, and reconfiguration of existing restrooms to improve functionality. Updated finishes and workspace layouts support the creative and operational needs of the media team.

Mariner Wealth Management TI

This tenant improvement project delivered a modern office environment for this national financial advisory firm. The build-out included construction of private offices, conference rooms, and client meeting spaces along with updated finishes and lighting throughout the suite. The completed space provides a professional setting designed to support both daily operations and client consultations.

Prudential (Camas) TI

Modernization of an existing commercial space for professional office use. The project included new private offices, meeting rooms, and updated break areas along with upgraded lighting and interior finishes. The completed space provides a polished and functional environment for staff and client interactions.
