RAMEN

JHC transformed a former bakery, located in Oregon’s oldest shopping center and atop a labyrinth of buried slabs, asphalt, and pavers, into Kizuki Ramen's new 2,500 SF restaurant.

The remodel added an open kitchen with spectator dining, a full bar featuring a robotic drink mixer, and new alfresco dining options including a large operable window eating bar that allows natural light and air into the space.

The imported, hand-selected custom finishes include an intricate décor package, spotlighted with LED lighting to evoke the atmosphere of a time-honored Japanese ramen shop and create the most authentic Japanese dining experience outside of Japan. JHC also installed a new grease interceptor and ADA restrooms.
