JHC Companies has completed over 100 Starbucks construction projects across Oregon and Washington, including new café construction, tenant improvements, store relocations, and ongoing facility upgrades.

Since 2018, JHC has partnered with Starbucks on projects ranging from stand-alone drive-thru prototypes to urban retail café buildouts. These projects require careful coordination with Starbucks’ national design standards, specialized food-service equipment, and accelerated construction schedules to meet store opening deadlines.

Through collaboration with architects, engineers, and Starbucks project managers, JHC delivers efficient construction solutions that support the brand’s operational needs and customer experience.
