JHC Companies completed the Univox Media office tenant improvement in Portland, Oregon, delivering a modern workspace designed to support media production, collaboration, and creative workflows. This project highlights our expertise in office buildouts tailored to specialized tenant needs.

Creative and media-focused workspaces require thoughtful coordination of acoustics, lighting, and technology infrastructure. This project was designed to support production environments while maintaining a flexible and collaborative office layout.

PROJECT CHALLENGES

Delivering a workspace tailored to media production required careful coordination of acoustics, lighting, and infrastructure. Integrating technical systems within a functional and visually cohesive office environment was a key focus.

The project team worked closely with stakeholders to ensure the space supported both production needs and day-to-day office operations.
